Miljevina, Miljevina Motel

During the war, this motel was used as a meeting point for the local crisis unit tasked with expelling the non-Serb population of the community. In this building, girls and women were repeatedly raped. According to a source from the Bosnian court files, in June 1992 Nedo Samardžic, together with a group of soldiers, came to a Bosniak house.

They took a young woman out of the house and searched it, put her in a car and took her to a room at Miljevina Motel and started beating her, inflicting many injuries on her. First, Samardžic raped her, causing her to pass out. She was then raped by Zoran and then held in the hotel for seven days. During this time, she was raped by other soldiers on a daily basis.
