Višegrad

Fifteen to twenty Muslim civilians were detained at the Višegrad Public Security Station. This detention centre operated until the end of June 1992. The witness Bakira H was taken to the basement of the police station in April 1992. ‘There was a large armchair, a bar, a couple of chairs and half the room was paneled. I saw Milan Lukic and Sredoje Lukic. I knew Milan Lukic well. He was holding a curved knife and told me to undress. I thought he was joking. But I could tell he meant it because he threatened me with the knife.’ She did as she was told. She took off her pants and shirt and was left in only her underwear. Then she was raped.
